The ATL with an adapted cabin is designed to load and unload a truck autonomously. The box is fitted with chain conveyors along the box in different rows. As soon as the truck approaches the dock, the transfer mechanism is automatically activated and the transmission is Safe, Smooth and Stable.
This system is used both for the complete loading and unloading of the truck, being able to integrate the automation of the load from production to automatic loading or automatic storage and from this to automatic truck loading or the reverse process indistinctly. The ATL with adapted box is designed for autonomous loading and unloading of a truck. The box is fitted with chain conveyors along it in different rows. As soon as the truck approaches the dock, the transfer mechanism is automatically activated and the transmission is Safe, Smooth and Stable. In the pre-load model, there is a platform prior to loading the truck, with the dimensions of the box that allows the loading process to be carried out much faster. The load is prepared in some conveyors prior to the dock. When the truck box is positioned for loading\/unloading, it is done in a matter of a few minutes, allowing later to integrate the automation of the load from production to automatic loading or to an automatic warehouse and from there to automatic truck loading or the reverse process indistinctly. without the need for any personnel intervention. The designed and patented elevation leveling unit has a number of advantages over other units on the market. The leveling unit allows the automatic adjustment of the alignment of the box to the spring by mechanical means, being adjustable to different types of boxes. The design of the leveling unit makes the impact of the load or tire pressure independent of the elevation adjustment necessary for the correct engagement from the bed to the dock.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The ATL without case adaptation is a tried and tested design with a variety of customers with great success. Unlike automatic systems where the truck body needs to be adapted, the direct loading ATLS allows the loading to be pre-configured on a previous platform on the dock. This loading is done automatically by means of conveyors, being able to integrate this load from the production area, from the warehouse or directly from a forklift. Once the truck accesses the dock and the mechanism anchors it to it, the system detects height and alignment, automatically adjusting itself so that the load enters smoothly and safely without interfering with the load limits. As if it were a tray, the load enters along the box. Once inside, an anchoring system locks the load and lets the cargo tray out, leaving the load well positioned inside the load.
